Secrets of Feeling Sexy This Summer
A special message from:
Emily Bender, Certified Nutrition Consultant
Laurie Stolmaker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Dear Friend,
Summer is approaching and, if you’re like most women, you’re experiencing both a sense of joy…and dread.
Joy because it’s time to get out and enjoy warm weather, trips to the beach, and outdoor adventures.
Dread because it also means shorts, tanks, slinky dresses, and swimsuits!
Perhaps over the winter you gained a few pounds, or maybe you’ve been feeling frustrated with your weight for a lot longer than that.
If you’re wishing you could lose weight or are struggling to
maintain your weight, you’re not alone!
And you’ve probably tried dozens of ways to lose weight in the past…only to find your self here again—frustrated and stuck.
Do any of these ring a bell?
- Do you feel like a failure because you can’t lose weight?
- Are you waiting to start your life until you lose those extra pounds?
- Have you worked really hard to lose the weight, only to gain it back, plus more?
Well, let me tell you--it’s not your fault!
The fact is, typical diet and exercise programs are unrealistic. Most diet programs involve tasteless, boring food, deprivation, and starvation. In the U.S., studies have shown that nearly 95% of women work really hard to lose the weight, only to gain it back plus more. Worse than that, the advertising is full of demeaning and condescending messages about your body.
The dirty little secret that these diet pushers don’t want you to know is this:
Diets just don’t work. Period!
If these programs worked, they’d put themselves out of business! Here are the facts:
Fact: researchers report that over 80% of women hate their bodies
Fact:
the women we see in magazines are skinnier than 98% of us
Fact: the diet industry alone is worth over 60 billion dollars a year and 95% of dieters regain lost weight
So, if the diet industry is spreading lies and fueling misconceptions, what can you do to really lose weight the right way?
There IS a better way to lose weight and feel good about your self starting now!
If you want to:
- Learn what foods to eat to lose weight …without starving yourself
- Discover how to feel confident about your body—right now
- Know that you’re as sexy as people say you are
Then we’ve got a program designed just for you!
